Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer testing and evaluating the design or development of propulsion systems for ships or submarines. You will serve as a General Engineer in the NAVSEA 05Z of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
