Security Assistant

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: Assisting with initiating and transmitting requests for background investigations. Assisting with fingerprint applicants and ensure the prints are of quality to enable proper classification Assisting with providing instructions to personnel on the proper completion of pre-nomination security interview documents and other forms required for requesting a special background investigation. You will serve as a Security Assistant at the GG-06 grade level within the Office of the Commander, US Fleet Cyber Command/US Tenth Fleet, Security Directorate conducting the initial assessment of reliability, loyalty, and trustworthiness of Navy recruits entering boot camp into the Cryptologic, Intelligence, or Information Systems specialties that require a security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
