Facility Operations Specialist

Specialized experience is defined as experience that is related to the work of the position to be filled which includes: providing guidance on development and implementation of medical facility project planning and operations management activities; advising leadership on emerging project management business processes, internal and external agency obligations, laws, regulations, policies and engineering methods; and implementing medical facility project planning and operations management and maintenance activities. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Requirements Analysis Teaching Others Technical Competence Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone–no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
