Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working with senior management to establish new fundamental concepts and criteria and developing new policies, methodologies, and techniques. Experience presenting organizational briefings to convey strategic visions or organizational policies. Experience preparing, reviews, and approving major reports or policies of organization for internal and external distribution. Experience formulating organizational strategies, tactics, and budget/action plans to acquire and allocate resources. You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition (ASN (RD&A)) of NIPO FMS FIELD OFFICE.
