To qualify for this position at the GS-0201-14 grade level, your resume must reflect at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-0201-13 level. Specialized experience is experience that has provided you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position as described above, and that is typically in or related to this position being filled. This experience must be identified in your resume. Examples of qualifying specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level include the following: Experience with providing authoritative advisory services to effectively administer the Performance Management, Awards and Recognition, and SES Performance Management and Awards Program to ensure that mandatory requirements are met; Experience with utilizing various HR systems and applications (i.e. e-Performance, PRB systems, USA Performance, etc.) in order to extract, interpret, and analyze data, provide training and advisory services, and make recommendations to management; Experience with applying written communication skills to effectively prepare and present briefings as well as prepare written policy and recommendations with technical accuracy; and/or Experience in maintaining cooperative relationships and communicating with a wide variety of management officials (i.e. LMER, Senior Executives, Political Appointees etc.,) to influence acceptance and implementation of performance management-related programs.
