You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience for the OR-60 (GS-14): For the OR-60, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the OR-53 (GS-13) grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following: -Hands-on developer experience with the ServiceNow platform, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Workspace, ServiceNow Portal; AND -Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., Amazon Web Services (AWS) Application Programming Interfaces (API), Okta, SharePoint); AND -Experience with ServiceNow User Experience (UX) framework, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Glide classes; AND -Experience recommending improvements in development processes, documenting and adhering to best practices. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. In addition to specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. This position is located at Departmental Offices,Domestic Finance – Office of Financial Research. As a/an Information Technology Specialist (Applications Software), you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the analysis, design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software.
