Qualifications required: Ability to leverage multiple data management tools (spatial and non-spatial) to organize relevant information and make decisions. Knowledge of software development methodologies, the necessary mathematics, coding languages, and analytics tools. Ability to effectively communicate complex, multi-disciplinary ideas and insights. Analytical and critical thinking skills, including superior ability to think strategically and apply reasoning skills to gather HR data and provide analysis of meaning/impact to senior management. Ability to multitask and change focus quickly as demands change. Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to and meets the needs of diverse audiences with different perspectives and objectives. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment, mentor junior colleagues, and demonstrate organizational and interpersonal problem-solving skills. Working with teams with a variety of backgrounds, particularly those with NO technical skills in statistics, code development, and/or analytics.
