GENERAL AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: 24 months experience, education, or training which provided a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration. Experience using computer and automation systems including MS Office Suite 2016 or newer. Experience briefing or presenting. Compiling reports, letters, memoranda, etc., and required person-to-person contacts to communicate information. Progressively responsible experience which demonstrates the ability to provide technical guidance and assistance in the type of work, or in comparable work position to be filled. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Must be versatile, resilient, and responsive to change. Most Qualified (1 year or more experience): 1. College degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Project Management, Marketing, or other related field. 2. Previous experience with Family Programs or a subset of Joint Services and Support Branch (J9) (R3SP, CASOPS, TAA, MFH, IPP, etc). 3. Event planning, coordination, execution of large scale events (more than 50 attendees). 4. Knowledgeable on MN Army National Guard force structure and vast military terminology. 5. Experience using MOBCOP and/or MARRS-N. Well Qualified (Minimum 1 year experience): 1. Previous volunteer experience with a Soldier Family Readiness Group (SFRG), Key Partner/Spouse Group, Beyond the Yellow Ribbon (BTYR) or other military connected volunteer organization. 2. Logisitical experience, preferrrably with, coordinating community resources, coordination of volunters for large scale (50 or more) resource distribution. 3. Content management, knowledge management, and/or Information Management Officer (IMO). 4. Familiar with MN Army National Guard force structure and general military terminology.
