Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating the condition of facilities and equipment to determine total maintenance and improvement requirements; 2) Reading/interpreting/determining the validity of blueprints, work orders, engineering change orders and supply technical manuals for standard/normal recommendations regarding construction material; 3) Utilizing government purchasing procedures to acquire needed supplies and parts; 4) Utilizing computer software to prepare technical reports and schedules concerning material status.
