Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and implementing direct support Business Management services (e.g., developing long and short range plans, Civilian and Military Manpower/Manning, Security, Business Operations, Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning, or Contracting Officer Representative) to improve the execution of a commands continuous improvement program. You will serve as a BUSINESS MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
