In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading projects and teams to deliver required products and services within customer needed timeframes; 2) Understanding of Aviation Systems and Airworthiness criteria; 3) Leading a large, multi-faceted team to meet overarching goals within time and budget constraints; 4) Planning work, instructs and advises others with diverse backgrounds and disciplines through training, motivation and guidance.; 5) Communicating technical matters at all levels of the organization. You will serve as an INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER in the FST ENGINEERING DIVISION of FLTREADCEN EAST. In this position, you will serve as the V-22 Supervisory Support Equipment Sub-Team Lead responsible for the resources and execution of both the Peculiar Support Equipment and Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS) teams.
