Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience in providing extensive knowledge in project management, overseeing and making recommendations to support process improvements, and managing internal and external teams throughout a project’s lifecyle.
The Information Technology Project Manager position is located in the Department of Program Services (DPS), Case Management Systems Office (CMSO), Federal Judiciary Digital Services Division (FJDS). The CMSO develops and maintains case management and related systems for federal appellate, district, and bankruptcy court judges and staff, probation and pretrial services officers, federal defenders, and external stakeholders.
