To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Providing advice and guidance related to various business management functions in two or more of the following areas: Budget Management/Oversight, Operational Efficiencies/Improvements, Partnerships & Agreements, or Customer Service out Outreach. Forecasting long-range resource needs for various programs and projects; Managing multiple program resources such as human resources, management information systems, configuration management systems, and logistics functions.
