TRAINING SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following duties such as: 1) Execute policies on training, quota control, management, and operational employment; 2) Ensure training sites, facilities, manuals and instruction materials meets the requirements for each area of responsibility; and 3) Provide quality assurance, feedback, improvement and/or correction on course materials developed and provided by outside organizations, agencies, and contractors; OR Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR Have 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR Have a LL.M., if related; OR Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent. You will serve as a Training Specialist within the COMNAVIFORCES (CNIFR) Training (N7) department providing management and training support to the command in the NIR FFC SUPPORT. All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
