GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have experiences gained through military or civilian technical training schools, within the human resources business programs, are included as general experience qualifications. An applicant must have a validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupational series and grade. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least one year of specialized experiences at the GS-07 level or the equivalent which provided a basic working knowledge of National Guard missions, organizations, and personnel programs. Experienced in using references and resource materials and experienced in program functions such as, maintaining personnel records, counseling, or classification and assignments.
This position is for a HR SPEC (MILITARY), PD# D2402000, part of the Nevada Air National Guard. This position is located at an Air National Guard (ANG) Group Commanders Support Staff (CSS) unit. This is an Air National Guard (ANG) Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification.
