Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Managing force integration programs by developing procedures and guidance; 2) Planning, evaluating, and coordinating logistics programs, policies, regulations, and operating procedures; AND 3) Analyzing and developing recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Information Management Operations Support Project Management Technical Problem Solving Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
About the Position: as a Management and Program Analyst is located at I CORPS Senior CDR AUG G-3 OPS, Joint Base Lewis-McCord, WA. Position may be filled as a Term appointment NTE 13 Months. Term appointments may be extended beyond six (6) years, up to eight (8) years. With DoD approval, term appointments may be extended beyond eight (8) years. Please see “Additional Information” section below for further details. This is an Obligated position.
