Management and Program Analyst

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I, FG/GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience will include: Experience and understanding of the federal budget process, position management procedures and regulations, or training processes related to the operations of one or more organizations. Skilled in analyzing data, identifying programmatic issues, and providing management with insights on trends and impacts. Experience in managing projects and programs within an assigned organization, ensuring alignment with milestones and goals. This position is located in the Air Traffic Organizations Service Center. The incumbent is a Senior Analyst to the Team Manager and applies experience and expert knowledge of ATO programs, along with knowledge of analytical and investigative techniques, to analyze operational challenges, assess planned and potential new solutions, and recommend solutions.
