WATERFRONT BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with decision-making and making recommendations to resolve complex issues. Experience with planning, estimating, and forecasting workload for an organization. Experience with advising and consulting upper echelon on matters such as: ship work, performance metrics, and business policies. Experience with utilizing skills in financial management, personnel management, funds administration and project management in relation to the maintenance, overhaul, and alteration of navy vessels. Experience conducting detailed studies and analyses of data, policy, procedures, and trends. Experience developing Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and metrics to evaluate the level of success of financial and business processes. Experience possessing a background in Fleet Quality Assurance and Maintenance Management Systems and programs.
