To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. To qualify at the FV-I level, you must demonstrate in your resume specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience coordinating community outreach activities with internal/external stakeholders. Experience providing guidance on policies, procedures and requirements related to noise compatibility (Title 14 CFR Part 150) and airport access (Title 14 CFR Part 161) to the general public. This position serves as a Community Engagement Officer (CEO) for the Office of Airports (ARP), in the Regional Airport Divisions (ADO). This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the ARP related activities necessary to deliver an effective community outreach program primarily in support of ARP objectives and the Regional Administrators Office.
