VISUAL INFORMATION SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilize multimedia software, technology, and equipment to advise on the production of complex intelligence products; Collaborate with management and customers as needed to develop projects and deadlines in accordance with guidelines; Generate diverse graphic design concepts, specialized electronic publishing materials, and digital imaging processes and techniques in keeping with applicable directives. Experience must be in the actual type of work for which application is made. Unpaid experience is creditable, provided the work done was of a quality level and demonstrated the ability required for the position being filled. This includes planning the preparation and use of photographs, illustrations, drawings, and other art work, charts, diagrams, dioramas, maps, slides, overlays, and other kinds of visual material for use in communicating information through visual means. You will serve as a Visualization Production Applications Specialist creating visual materials to communicate specified intelligence information in a visual form that will convey the intended message to, or have the desired effect on, the intended audience. You will plan, implement, and maintain files of visual information presentations from all-source material. This position is located within the Intelligence Cycle Management Department of OFFICE OF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE in Suitland, Maryland.
