Specialized Experience: You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess the specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in Federal service or equivalent private/public sector experience. For this position, specialized experience is defined as: Developing and defining goals and objectives integrating the organization and objectives for the Intelligence Training Academy. Serving as the primary lead on development of new intelligence training programs, curricula, and materials, and the evaluation, updating, and maintenance of the current inventory of intelligence training programs. Coordinating with agency partners and gathering data and incorporating input from internal and external subject matter experts and stakeholders on intelligence training methods, standards, topics and required skill sets. NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible. All qualifications and eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement. Note: Current or former Federal employees MUST submit a copy of their SF-50 Form which shows competitive service appointment (“position occupied” block 34 on the SF-50 should show a “1”), tenure group (block 24 should show a 1 or 2), grade, and salary. This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Intelligence Training Academy (ITA). The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Supervisory Intelligence Operations Specialist and Intelligence Training Acadamy Director. Non-BU: This is a non-bargaining unit position.
