NO-05: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the Gs-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Identify and resolve complex financial problems to ensure compliance with all financial management procedures, providing funding guidance to include direct and overhead funds; and provides advice in planning, preparing, processing, and coordinating tasks in the areas of budget, carryover, data-cleansing, procurements, and contracts. NO-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Facilitate execution of day-to-day financial and administrative requirements, funding guidance to include direct, overhead, and Service Center funding to develops forecasts, recommend improvement plans for production overhead, direct labor hours, and carry-over; and assist in preparing budgets.
