Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: 1. Oversee and provide analytical advice to staff performing all-source and scientific and technical intelligence analysis. 2. Perform the full breadth of supervisory duties such as planning work, providing advice, and identifying and providing for/arranging developmental training needs of employees. 3. Align division resources to ensure requirements are met and that travel and training funds are executed in accordance with personnel development and mission needs. 4. Liaison with counterparts and partners in other intelligence agencies and allied foreign governments to discuss analytical points, disagreement, resolutions, and customer impact. You will serve as a GG-0132-14 Supervisory Intelligence Specialist responsible for overseeing a staff performing all-source and scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) analysis, to include accuracy of the analytical and technical products, task management, productivity, budget, contracts, and program management. This position is located in Suitland, MD in the OFFICE OF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE.
