Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: 1. Plan and manage elements of a diverse portfolio to develop multi-year execution strategies. 2. Analyze and integrate technical and non-technical data from multiple sources to advise senior leadership regarding resources to maximize project effectiveness and efficiency. 3. Serve as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to prepare acquisition documents and procurement requests, develop milestone-driven schedules, assess and mitigate risk, and monitor/report on budgeting, expenditures, and technical progress. 4. Lead project teams to ensure requirements are fully aligned with organizational needs. You will serve as a GG-0343-14 Management Analyst at RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT ACTIVITY (RDSA) in Springfield, VA, where you will oversee the planning and execution of a diverse budget portfolio that includes government and contractor salaries, facility support, security support, travel, and training, as well as being a Contracting Officers Representative for multiple contracts.
