Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Experience and/or knowledge of shotguns and gun safety. Ability to learn rules of skeet shooting, loading target machines and gun cleaning. Must be at least 18 years and have had no convictions of domestic violence. Any person who has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence is not eligible for this position. Candidates selected for this position will be required to certify they have not been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence prior to assuming the duties of this position. False or fraudulent information provided by candidates is criminally punishable by fine or imprisonment (Title 18. USC, Sec 1001) and will result in removal from federal service. Subject to satisfactory completion of National Agency Check. This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use.
