FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with understanding work sequences and operations in the construction, conversion and repair of ships systems. Experience understanding Baseline Advanced Industrial Management/Project Scheduling and Sequencing processes (BAIM/PSS) and guidelines. Experience resolving network logic errors and improper work durations. Experience executing all functions of the corporate scheduling system without direction support. Experience issuing, updating schedules, sequences and ad hoc reports to support the full range of shipyard projects. Experience working with computer terminals and computer systems, work sequences and operations required in the construction, conversion or repair of ship systems. FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with updating and constructing various schedules, i.e. Key Event Schedules, Test Sequences, Critical Path Schedules, Job Summary/Boundary Sequences, Report Listings, Gantt Schedules and Bubble charts for work studies, game plans, and special work evolutions. Experience reading blueprints, system diagrams, technical manuals and process instructions. Experience utilizing arithmetic and practical mathematics such as algebra and geometry. Experience setting up and operating peripheral equipment.
