Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command - Department of the Navy

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying Public Works Management principles and practices related to budgeting, planning, financial management, and work execution; 2) Supporting facility management and sustainment programs and initiatives, delivering a wide variety of products and services; 3) Monitoring issues and performance, and providing guidance and recommending corrective actions; 4) Preparing technical reports, estimates, status and schedules as required to complete project assignments ; and 5) Using a computerized maintenance management system such as MAXIMO or the MAXIMO Mobile Technology Suite of tools on a regular basis. You will serve as a FACILITIES MANAGMENT & SUSTAINMENT (FMS) PROGRAM MANAGER for FRCS, SMARTGrid and FSC within the PULBLIC WORKS (PW) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND ATLANTIC.
