Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Ability to lead three or more workers to accomplish food service duties. Knowledge of sanitation standards in handling and serving food. Must be able to follow simple oral instructions, be able to use hand tools for cleaning, and operate simple machines. Must be skilled in doing tasks with several steps and must use judgement in sequencing tasks. Must be at least I 8 years of age. Must be physically able to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand and walk, and frequently stoop, reach, push, pull and bend for long periods of time. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. Experience in the operation of a cash register, direct handling of cash items, and cash accountability is desired.
About the position: This position will be assigned to the Scott AFB Event Center. This is a Flexible position, 0-40 hours.
