Minimum: A minimum of one year of experience in clerical support work, which demonstrates ability to perform the work of the position under minimal supervision. Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. Skill of qualified typist using word processor equipment is required. Must be able to type 40 wpm. Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, walk, bend, and stoop and stand on a routine basis. Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors. Must have a valid driver’s license. Preferred (In addition to the minimum qualifications): An Associate’s Degree from an accredited university with emphasis in early childhood education, business administration or a related field, and at least two years of specialized experience. Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree on a year-to-year basis. Experience with QuickBooks.
