TO QUALIFY AT THE FV-H (FG/GS 12) level, you must demonstrate in your application you possess at least one year of Specialized Experience equivalent to FV-G (FG/GS 10/11) level. Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes experience in video production, consultation, direction, editing, script writing, camera operations, set lighting, and video electronic graphics; audio/visual (A/V) projects encompassing print design to visual/video production including the use of animation and real life taping/recording; operating, modifying, and maintaining digital recording and analog video equipment; digitizing paper and photo documents for archiving. Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement. AND QUALITY RANKING FACTOR (QRF): Well qualified candidates will have experience using multiple video recording production equipment, editing, and finalizing productions for use.
