EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE: Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must meet any screen-out element(s) listed, and show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which applying. Qualification requirements emphasis is on the quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills and/or competencies in the following areas: Ability to do the work of a Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic, WG-5803, without more than normal supervision (SCREEN-OUT) Knowledge of equipment assembly, installation, repair, etc Use of test and measuring instruments Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment Ability to interpret instructions, specifications, etc Troubleshooting If your knowledge and ability in the SCREEN-OUT factor above is not sufficient, you will receive no further consideration. This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Superintendent, Colorado River Agency in Poston, Arizona. Recruitment incentive may be authorized at Managements discretion, a Service Agreement will be required for approved incentives.
