DS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band (DS-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Leading a group of security assessment personnel to develop Security Assessment Plans; 2) Identifying, prioritizing, managing, and monitoring risks to information systems; 3) Testing and evaluating security controls to determine vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation; 4) Preparing risk assessment recommendations and reports to the appropriate Security Control Assessor. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
