For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying technical engineering methods and practices to plan and coordinate production projects (e.g., develop job summaries, procure material/services, estimate cost/manhours, prepare test procedures); and analyzing work processes and technical work documents to develop recommendations for improvements for the efficient and economical repair and maintenance of shipboard electronic or combat systems (e.g., sonar, navigation, launcher, combat control, or alignment systems.) For the GS-10: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying technical engineering methods and practices to plan production projects (e.g., review job summaries, procure material/services, estimate cost/manhours, prepare test procedures); and analyzing technical work document processes to recommend areas of improvements for the efficient and economical repair and maintenance of shipboard electronic or combat systems (e.g., sonar, navigation, launcher, combat control, or alignment systems.)
