In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or GS-9-11 equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: (1) Utilizing in-depth working knowledge of air weapon systems and acquisition cost estimating, cost modeling, and cost analysis techniques for investigating, evaluating, and projecting the cost and/or economic impact of the acquisition and operation of new and improved air weapon systems or components; (2) Conveying technical information, orally and in writing, to support analysis and review; (3) Applying good judgement and ingenuity in making innovative interpretations, adaptations, and modifications to accepted procedures, methods or techniques; and (4) Functioning as a project lead, program manager, team lead, or team member of an integrated team/group providing technical guidance to a technical workforce and meeting customer requirements for products and/or services.
