PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying thorough technical knowledge of configuration management policy and procedures to plan, guide, and direct configuration baseline updates to solve problems involving in-service aircraft and to incorporate new capabilities into aircraft; 2) Managing and developing projects to solve problems promptly and professionally; 3) Communicating and maintaining frequent personal contacts with various team members, personnel, program managers, and other government activities; 4) Leading individuals and teams to solve a variety of complex technical problems impacting reliability and maintainability of all aircraft systems; 5) Applying negotiation principals to resolve technical and team related conflicts among work teams, managers, and senior officials throughout the organization.
