Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: Developing, analyzing, evaluating, and advising on the effectiveness of command structure and procedures through recommendations related to the use of money, and/or materiel resources. Performing analytic and evaluative tasks related to the development and/or execution phases of specific program objectives and operations of an organization. Managing and prioritizing product backlog and overseeing the development of user stories (Agile software). Analyzing, evaluating and advising on the operational effectiveness of the organization and the productivity/efficiency of the organizations management processes. You will serve as a Product Owner for Maritime Architecture and Analytics (MA2) at the GG-13 grade level responsible for one of three mission areas (Data Analysis, Data Management, or Data Visualization) in support of the Office of Naval Intelligence and Fleet priorities.
