GS-15: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-14grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: Developing, communicating and implementing the strategy, vision and direction of an organization with a diverse customer base; AND Managing or advising on the day-to-day operations of an organization, which must include business development, marketing and outreach; AND Subject matter expert in at least one of the following: financial, lending, procurement, economic development, or human resources matters; AND Leading individuals to achieve organizational goals and objectives. This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Field Operations – Region IV in Columbia, SC. The Program Manager (District Director) is responsible for meeting the needs of the district offices constituency through the development and implementation of the District Office Strategic Plan and management of all district office programs and activities.
