FOR NT-03: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing quality control processes to evaluate and identify defects of ordnance material or equipment during manufacturing or maintenance to determine adequacy of manufacturing methods and ensure safe operations in support of a manufacturing program. FOR NT-02: Your resume must also demonstrate at least three year of general experience that includes one year of experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-01 (GS-01 through GS-04 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: assisting with the technical evaluation of ordnance material or equipment to ensure conformity to quality control specifications in support of a manufacturing program.
