GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Performing financial management analysis by applying established financial analysis principles, concepts and practices to a wide variety of difficult problems; 2) Utilizing integrated federal management systems and sub-systems to extract data, identify and resolve system problems, and maintain data integrity; 3) Interpreting standard organizational budgetary, accounting, or financial administrative procedures, practices, and regulations to include Business Rules for CNIC/NAVFAC, CNRMA/MIDLANT, CNIC N4/HQ; 4) Applying fiscal law, policies, regulations, principles, standards and procedures to financial management; 5) Tracking, monitoring and clearing KPIs/Suspense items, BEV/DARQ actions; 6) Maintaining Invoice/Payment and MILSTRIP processing.
