GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in comprehensive and detailed knowledge of budgetary policies, precedents, procedures, and regulations. Experience in detailed and intensive understanding of policies, precedents, goals, objectives, regulations, and guidelines within a functional area. Experience with intensive knowledge of administrative and financial management systems. Experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary problems, including the development of alternative funding methods and formulating budget estimates for significantly changed funding requirements. Experience demonstrating a high degree of analytical reasoning, with the ability to identify, analyze, and conceptualize budgetary issues while developing alternative solutions. Experience in strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
