Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: GG09 -Experience reconciling card holder records. -Experience verifying vendor quotes are accurate and valid. -Experience assisting in the preparation of and maintaining auditable records. -Experience tracking purchases to make sure they are received in a timely manner. This position is within the Work Category Technician/Administrative Support at Work Level Full Performance, Series and Grade GG-1105-09. GG10 -Experience conducting audits on purchases. -Experience working with vendors and US Banks to resolve any purchase discrepancies and wrongful charges. -Experience researching vendors to include pricing and quality of products received. -Experience completing validation reports and submitting them for external validation. This position is within the Work Category Technician/Administrative Support at Work Level Full Performance, Series and Grade GG-1105-10. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
