Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: – Experience with shipyard production trades and technical methods, practices, procedures, materials, processes, workflow, and equipment associated with production shop and ship work. – Experience with specialized practical knowledge of the shop’s skill practices and operation for both nuclear and non-nuclear work. – Experience utilizing theories, principles, and practices of industrial production management and of the nature and operation of ship repair activities. – Experience with shipyard organizational structure. – Experience developing new methods, techniques, approaches, or to improve upon those already established.
