Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade which includes reviewing, analyzing, and providing guidance ensuring balance of resources; develop long-term and short-term resource management plans; oversee financial audit compliance; interpret federal budget processes, develop and oversee program budget formulation. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Financial Management Analysis Financial Management Systems Information Technology Research and Development Managing Human Resources Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
