Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting a senior staff member in the review of requests for personnel actions for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and completing or requesting information; applying federal civilian human resources rules, procedures and technical methods to carry out routing assignments; and utilizing a variety of office automation systems (e.g., word processing and spreadsheet applications) to manage and track workload.
