A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in construction management, Property management, business administration or a related field appropriate to the work of the position AND six years of experience and thorough knowledge of business concepts, practices, methods, and techniques, and the ability to apply this knowledge to diverse and complex assignments in construction programming and facilities development that require development and implementation of new and revised procedures. Must have five years managerial/supervisory experience. Must have the ability to work independently, prioritize, plan, and then execute. Knowledge of work methods and practices required for the maintenance of various building types and associated trades. Knowledge of pertinent safety, occupational health and environmental regulations. Ability to communicate orally and in writing, with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Must be able to lead by example, creating a positive work environment with a customer focus. Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required. This position is required to file an annual Confidential Financial Disclosure Form OGE 450 to avoid conflict of interest.
