For GS-14: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing fleet operations or maintenance management programs, i.e. internal management control, readiness reporting systems, manpower/personnel, financial, maintenance, fuel, and ordnance accounting systems. Preparing cost analysis by collecting data from multiple sources and testing for accuracy and completeness before mapping and integrating all data into large complex databases. Utilizing principles and practices of cost analysis to develop cost estimates and evaluate techniques used in generating cost estimates for different programs. For GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supporting fleet operations or maintenance management programs Performing analyses on technical and non-technical data to present results to upper management and senior staff. You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Secretary of Navy (ASN), Officer of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller (OASN) (FM&C)) of ASN.
