CONTRACT SPECIALIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising technical representatives on anticipated procurement requirements; 2) Reviewing procurement requests to assure clarity, adequacy and completeness; 3) Performing all contractual pre-award functions; 4) Analyzing and evaluating cost and pricing data to determine cost or price reasonableness; and 5) Negotiating changes in price(s), terms and conditions, overhead rate agreements due to contract modifications, and changed site condition(s), etc. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume. .
