Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector coordinating the analysis, research studies, or review of program operations, processes, or functions (e.g. problem resolution, improvement initiatives, strategic planning, workforce performance, cost estimation, budget planning, development and execution, contracting, resource allocation, risk assessments, or scheduling) to ensure compliance with established project requirements for the design, development, modernization, maintenance, or construction of naval submarines. You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Undersea Special Mission Systems of PEO SSN.
