GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Utilizing Federal Aviation Administration standards to perform air traffic control duties; 2) Independently utilizing principles and methodology of range safety, test conducting, air intercept control, and air traffic control; 3) Demonstrating knowledge pertaining to Special Use Airspace coordination, utilization, and documentation required for use of the airspace; 4) Utilizing range resources as well as demonstrated understanding of their capabilities and limitations. You will serve as an Air Traffic Control Specialist in the Sea Range ATC/RCO Section, Sea Range Test Operations Branch, Sea Range Operations Division, Point Mugu Sea Range Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
