In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading or executing the generation and evaluation of life-cycle cost estimates to ensure resource availability or enable business case analyses for weapons system programs or other national security acquisitions. You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER/INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER/OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST (INTERDISCIPLINARY) (LEAD) in the Cost Estimating and Analysis Branch (SP17) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-4 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
